Reach the people who fix doors
Reach out however is easiest, and tell us how urgent things feel on your end. A door stuck open on a cold night and a squeak that has bothered you for months are planned differently.

2021 census · what it means at the door
59%Older homes
About 59% of homes in Oshawa were built in 1980 or earlier, according to the 2021 Census.
Extension springs are common on older doors, and they should carry a safety cable through the middle so a broken spring is held rather than flung. Adding those cables is a small job the technician checks for and offers on any older door he services.
56%
Single-detached houses make up about 56% of homes in Oshawa (2021 Census).
In areas mixing houses with townhouses and condos, a technician often works on several doors on one street, some owned outright and some looked after by management. Scheduling them together saves everyone time, and we are glad to plan a visit that covers the group.
